How CMW AI Labs handles personal data collected through this website. Last updated 21 September 2026.

Who we are

CMW AI Labs is a vertical of CyberMind Works, which is the company responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@cybermindworks.com.

What we collect

What you send us. The demo request form asks for your name, work email and association website, and optionally a phone number and a note. If you book a call we receive the details you give the calendar. If you email us we have your email.

What is collected as you browse. Standard server logs, which include IP addresses. Analytics about how pages are used, which on this site includes session recordings: clicks, scrolling and cursor movement. An attempt to identify the organisation you are browsing from, and in some cases you. And, if you arrived from an advertisement, a record connecting that click to an enquiry.

We do not ask for special category data, and the form is not the place to send anything confidential about your association or its members.

Why

To answer you and to build the demo you asked for. To understand which parts of the site are useful. To measure whether our advertising works. To contact businesses that may be interested in our work. We do not sell personal data, and this site has no mechanism for sharing it with anyone beyond the services listed below.

Visitor identification and marketing

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting app.retention.com/optout.

You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.

Who processes it

These services handle personal data on our behalf, each under their own privacy terms.

  • Calendly. Runs the booking calendar embedded on our contact and confirmation pages. If you book, the details you enter go to Calendly.
  • Microsoft Clarity. Records how pages are used, including clicks, scrolling, cursor movement and session replays. Sets cookies.
  • Leadsy. Attempts to identify the organisation a visitor is browsing from, for business development. Sets cookies.
  • RB2B. Attempts to identify the person and organisation a visitor is browsing from, for business development, including by matching to an email address. Sets cookies.

Cookies

The services above set cookies to recognise a browser between page views and visits. We do not set any cookie of our own, and nothing on this site requires one to function: the pages are static and read the same either way. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and browser-level tracking protection or an ad blocker will stop most of the above from loading at all.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@cybermindworks.com and we will action it. If you are in the UK or the EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
